Detailed description of goods and/or services
The South African Golf Development Boards is a non profit organisation in the golf development industry that markets the development of the underprivileged South African youth through golf training and mentorship.

Delivery policy
The donations made will be held for a period of 30 days before entering the working capital of the South African Golf Development Board. All donations will then be used to fund current operations, and expand the good work we do, wherever possible.

Return and Refunds policy
Refunds may be requested within the 30 day period after the transaction has been completed. A fee of 7% of the donated amount will be kept by the South African Golf Development Board in order to cover the costs incurred in procession the transaction and the administration of the refund.

Customer privacy policy
The South African Golf Development Board shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/html/govdocs/legislation/2000/act2.pdf. Donations may be made anonymously, however we encourage you to enter your details as we would like to thank you for the contribution that will help us maintain the high standard and quality of the work we do with the underprivileged youth in South Africa.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the South African Golf Development boards bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for the South African Golf Development Board via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by South African Golf Development Boa rd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.  For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
The South African Golf Development Board takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transactions that will be donations made on this website.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and the South African Golf Development Board chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation
The South African Golf Development Board may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
