Grant's Tips

Improve your golf with the SAGDB's technical director, PGA coach Grant Hepburn:

"When chipping it is important to have most of the weight on the left foot at address, as shown in picture 1. But at the same time note how the left hip and shoulder are higher than the right hip and shoulder and the head is behind the ball."

"The weight must stay on the left foot in the back swing and when you hit the chip allow even more weight to flow onto the left side by moving the legs towards the target and turning the hips through, as in picture 2."
