Titleist equipment valued at more than R20 000 was recently donated to the SA Golf Development Board (SAGDB) in KwaZulu-Natal. The equipment was handed over at Westville Driving Range.
The ten Titleist drivers, five King Cobra drivers, ten fairway woods, four hybrid irons, twelve irons and three putters were presented to the SAGDB's development manager Joseph Kunene by David Phillips of Westville Driving Range and Gilbert Dufourq from Acushnet South Africa.
Acushnet South Africa are the distributors of Titleist golf equipment in the country.
"We very much appreciate this donation," Kunene said at the handover. "It will be of tremendous help to our developing golfers, especially the single handicap players playing in SA Junior Golf Foundation tournaments and the KZN President's Development Team." |
